Privacy and cookies

This notice explains how Ferrywise AI Ltd (“we”, company number 16322562) uses personal information. We are the controller of the data described in the first two sections.

Visitors and enquiries

If you use the contact form, book a call or ring the demo, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address and message, and for the demo line the call itself. We use these to reply to you and to improve the service, on the basis of our legitimate interests. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months.

Demo calls

Calls to the demo number are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can check and improve it. The assistant tells callers it is automated. Please don’t give sensitive information on the demo line.

Our clients’ callers

When we run the service for a client, the client is the controller of its callers’ details and we process them on the client’s instructions under a data processing agreement.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to run the service, including telephone, voice-assistant, scheduling and email providers. Some are based outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on approved safeguards for the transfer. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ferrywiseai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. ICO registration number to be added.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds such as the booking page may set their own cookies once you open them; their notices explain how.
