Terms of service

These are the terms for the service offered on this website by Ferrywise AI Ltd, company number 16322562. A signed order form or proposal for your business sets out the plan, fees and start date and forms part of the agreement.

The service

We set up and run an automated call-answering and follow-up service for your business, as described for the plan you choose. We aim to have it live within a week of receiving what we need from you.

Fees

You pay the one-off setup fee and the monthly fee for your plan, shown without VAT. Monthly fees are billed in advance.

Minimum term and cancelling

There is a 3-month minimum term from the start date. After that the agreement continues month to month and either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice.

60-day guarantee

If the service does not win you at least one job in the first 60 days, we waive your second month’s fee. A job won means a booked job or an accepted quote that came from a call or follow-up the service handled.

Your responsibilities

You give us accurate information about your business, and you tell your callers that calls may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded. You stay responsible for the work you carry out and for any safety advice you give.

Limits

The service is automated and may sometimes misunderstand a caller. It does not replace emergency services. We are not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data protection

Where we process your callers’ personal data, we do so under a data processing agreement and our privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
