How a call gets handled

From the moment your phone goes unanswered to the review you collect after the job.

  1. Your phone goes unanswered

You’re up a ladder or under a sink. The call passes to the assistant after a few rings, so customers still ring your usual number.

  2. It answers and asks the right questions

It says who it is and who it’s answering for, then asks what’s wrong, where the property is and when would suit.

  3. Emergencies are picked out first

No heating, a leak or a gas smell gets flagged. Gas smell callers are told to ring 0800 111 999. You’re texted immediately.

  4. The job goes in your diary

On Book and Grow, it offers real slots from your calendar and books one. Name, address, phone and the fault are all captured.

  5. You get a text

A short summary lands on your phone: who rang, what it’s about, and when it’s booked. Missed callers also get a text back within 60 seconds.

  6. Follow-up runs without you

Quotes are chased on days 2, 5 and 10. After each job the customer is asked for a Google review. Grow also reminds customers when their annual service is due.

Set up in under a week

  • A 15-minute call to learn how you work: your areas, prices, hours and what counts as an emergency.
  • We build and test the assistant on your details.
  • You ring it, try to catch it out, and we adjust.
  • We switch it on. A monthly report shows what it handled.

Hear it for yourself.
